We're seeking a driven and strategic Project Executive to lead both business development and project execution within a growing specialty contractor. This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager ready to move into a more senior, client-facing position with greater leadership responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the full lifecycle of restoration and specialty construction projects-from pre-construction through closeout.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop proposals, budgets, and schedules.
- Mentor and support project teams, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and community engagements.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally in restoration, waterproofing, or façade work.
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams.
- Strong business development instincts and a client-first mindset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
