Our client, a nationally recognized civil engineering consultancy, is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to lead and grow their Los Angeles office. Known for sustainable and innovative design solutions, the firm has a strong presence across the U.S. and is strategically expanding in Southern California. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced professional who thrives on managing complex projects and mentoring teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $160,000-$190,000, plus equity compensation
- 9/80 work schedule (alternate Fridays off) and hybrid flexibility

Key Qualifications:
- California PE license (Professional Engineer)

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Familiarity with Southern California permitting processes and agency coordination
