In this role, you'll be part of a restoration group that tackles complex building challenges from façade rehabilitation to structural upgrades while working alongside seasoned engineers and project managers. Role Overview:
As Project Manager, you will oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through to completion. You'll work closely with internal engineers, architects, and external stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead building restoration projects including façade repair, structural rehabilitation, waterproofing, and heritage conservation
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipal authorities
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and building codes
  • Manage procurement, change orders, and project documentation
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and financials

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in building restoration or construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of building envelope systems, materials, and restoration techniques
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • P.Eng. designation (or in progress)
