Role Overview
They are looking to add a Project Manager to their curtain wall and metal panel team. This role will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through to closeout, with responsibility for both operational delivery and financial performance.
They will work closely with field leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of façade projects (planning through closeout)
- Lead preconstruction activities including buyout, scope review, and scheduling
- Oversee project financials including cost tracking, billings, and profitability
- Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure efficient execution
- Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term relationships
- Negotiate and issue subcontracts
- Develop and maintain project schedules and reporting
- Ensure alignment between design, fabrication, and installation teams
- Identify risks and proactively manage project challenges
- Support ongoing improvements to internal systems and delivery processes
Education & Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction/project management experience
- Direct experience in curtain wall, glazing, or metal panel systems required
- Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across design, fabrication, and field teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong commercial awareness
- Proficiency in standard project management and office tools
- OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 - $125,000 (dependent on experience)
