Position Overview:
LVI Associates is currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to support our client in their Energy Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing smaller-scale energy projects or a defined segment of a larger, more complex initiative. You may lead a project team or take ownership as a project lead, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met with precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular project status updates and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee budget tracking, financial forecasting, revenue projections, and change management processes.
Collaborate with internal teams through project meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
Ensure project scope, objectives, and timelines remain on track in coordination with all stakeholders.
Generate detailed budget and cost analysis reports, and manage project-related documentation.
Delegate tasks effectively while mentoring Project Engineers; provide coaching and feedback as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant experience in the field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, ideally within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and manage subcontractors.
Strong financial and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and CADD tools.
