Project Manager - Energy Division

Position Overview:
LVI Associates is currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to support our client in their Energy Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing smaller-scale energy projects or a defined segment of a larger, more complex initiative. You may lead a project team or take ownership as a project lead, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular project status updates and stakeholder engagement.

  • Oversee budget tracking, financial forecasting, revenue projections, and change management processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams through project meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

  • Ensure project scope, objectives, and timelines remain on track in coordination with all stakeholders.

  • Generate detailed budget and cost analysis reports, and manage project-related documentation.

  • Delegate tasks effectively while mentoring Project Engineers; provide coaching and feedback as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant experience in the field.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, ideally within the energy or infrastructure sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and manage subcontractors.

  • Strong financial and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and CADD tools.
