PROJECT MANAGER - LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT - LANCASTER (OPEN TO PAOLI),PA
We have a current opportunity for a PROJECT MANAGER - LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE - LANCASTER (OPEN TO PAOLI) on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Lancaster, PA or Paoli, PA.
A well-established and respected multidisciplinary consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Landscape Architecture to lead and manage land development projects. This role combines hands-on project work with leadership and team management. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, a strong communicator, and experienced in overseeing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage land development projects through design, approvals, permitting, and construction phases.
- Deliver high-quality, technically sound project designs that meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client goals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, scopes, and schedules to achieve profitability and performance targets.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to project team members.
- Collaborate closely with clients, review agencies, sub-consultants, and municipalities to resolve project challenges and ensure seamless execution.
- Support proposal development and assist with client presentations as needed.
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices.
- Coordinate internal team efforts to ensure consistent, high-level client service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in land development project management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Experience working with permitting agencies and regulatory bodies.
Additional Details:
- Full-time position: 40 hours/week.
- Standard work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (subject to project needs).
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
