About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join a respected consulting firm's Land Development team in Roseville, CA. In this role, you'll lead engineering design and permitting for diverse projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for both private and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering analyses, designs, and construction documents for land development projects.
- Oversee project resources, timelines, and budgets while resolving challenges proactively.
- Review plans for compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
- Lead and mentor technical staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Contribute to proposal development and client communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
- 6+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
