Project Manager
Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of solar construction projects, ensuring delivery according to scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires strong cross‑functional coordination with internal teams, engineers, consultants, and installation partners. This is a full time, onsite position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage solar construction projects to ensure 95% of project milestones are achieved on or ahead of schedule.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders to support clear communication and seamless execution.
- Review progress reports, monitor installer performance, and proactively identify project risks.
- Maintain complete ownership of project budgets, including weekly cost tracking, monthly variance reports, and corrective action planning when needed.
- Manage and track all permits, fees, third party consultants, and construction‑related expenses to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Present project status updates, recommendations, and key findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead weekly status calls with contractors to maintain progress and resolve issues.
- Coordinate all internal and external resources from planning through project closeout.
Qualifications
- Experience managing construction or renewable energy projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
