Reliability Compliance Manager
Currently looking for a Reliability Compliance Manager to join a growing team with a leading IPP! This position will support the IPP's compliance program, with a strong focus on regulatory requirements for real-time operations and cybersecurity. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm leading renewable energy efforts, focusing on utility-scale battery energy storage projects.
This is a hybrid position (2-3 days/week) out of Chicago, Austin, or Houston.
The Reliability Compliance Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of direct experience in NERC reliability standards
- Knowledge of ISO/RTO protocols (ERCOT, CAISO, MISO, etc.)
- Understanding of power systems
- Direct ERCOT experience preferred
- Based in Chicago, Austin, or Houston - and/or open to relocate (must be able to be in office 2-3 days/week)
