Sales Engineer

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong technical background to join our team in Memphis. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing skills to deliver tailored automation and control solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Apply technical knowledge in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and electrical systems to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement control systems.
  • Prepare proposals, technical presentations, and assist in project scoping.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Engineering degree (Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related field) preferred.
  • Experience in control engineering, application engineering, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong skills in PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and system integration.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients in a clear, solution-oriented manner.
  • Background in industrial automation, electrical systems, or process controls.

  • Candidates without a formal engineering degree but with proven technical skills in programming, troubleshooting, and application engineering.
