The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Medical Equipment Planner to step into a senior-level position supporting healthcare projects across the Central and Eastern United States. The role is fully remote, with travel to client sites as required.

You will take a lead role in planning, coordinating, and documenting medical equipment for a variety of healthcare environments. Acting as a key point of contact for clinical users and project teams, you will help ensure equipment strategies align with workflow, budgets, and construction timelines.

This role suits someone confident managing their own projects, mentoring junior planners, and contributing to delivery strategy on complex healthcare programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead medical equipment planning for healthcare construction and renovation projects

  • Develop and review equipment lists, specifications, and budget documentation

  • Facilitate user meetings with clinical stakeholders to define equipment needs

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate equipment into design documents

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planners

  • Support procurement planning and equipment installation coordination

  • Conduct site visits to verify conditions and support project milestones

  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking throughout the project lifecycle
