Senior Power Engineer (T&D)
A respected engineering firm with a strong reputation in the utility and infrastructure space is seeking a Senior Power Engineer (T&D) to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful power distribution projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the development of efficient engineering processes. The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer with a proven track record in distribution design, project leadership, and stakeholder coordination.
This is a full-time, in-office based role in Boerne, TX with occasional travel to project sites. If you're looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow professionally, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee power distribution design projects from concept to completion
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Review and seal engineering documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support proposal development and project planning
Qualifications:
- PE license required
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in power distribution engineering
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
