Senior Project Controls Manager

Senior Project Controls Engineer

Complex Construction & Advanced Manufacturing Projects

We're looking for a Senior Project Controls Engineer to strengthen our project controls team and support some of the most complex construction programs in the market. Our work spans large-scale data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing plants, and automotive production environments, where precision, speed, and execution excellence are critical.

In this role, you'll partner closely with client project managers, construction teams, and senior stakeholders to build, manage, and control CPM schedules across the full project lifecycle. If you thrive in technically demanding environments and want exposure to marquee, multi‑hundred‑million‑dollar programs, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop, maintain, and manage logic-driven CPM construction schedules from baseline through completion
  • Translate drawings, specifications, and contract documents into fully integrated baseline schedules with key milestones
  • Execute progress updates, schedule narratives, and performance reporting
  • Analyze schedules against execution strategy, identifying risks, constraints, and recovery opportunities
  • Perform critical path and near-critical path analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Conduct site visits to validate progress and support monthly reporting cycles
  • Review contractor schedule performance and clearly present findings to client and leadership teams
  • Build and track KPIs, benchmarks, and program metrics
  • Support cost, resource, and forecast reporting in alignment with schedule performance
  • Identify schedule risks, change impacts, and entitlement considerations
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations with clarity and confidence
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, owners, and external partners across multiple workstreams

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within vertical construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Project Management, or similar
(degree may be waived with equivalent industry experience)
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
  • Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, means, and methods
  • Experience delivering schedules for large, complex projects exceeding $100M
  • Hands-on experience with cost loading, resource management, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of contractual scheduling and planning clauses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable balancing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
  • AACEI PSP and/or PMI-SP certification strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel periodically to regional project sites

Why Join Us?

You'll be part of a team known for tackling technically complex, high-visibility projects that shape the future of advanced manufacturing and infrastructure. This role offers career growth, exposure to industry-leading clients, and the ability to influence outcomes on mission-critical programs.
