Environmental Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure & Environmental Services
A well-established, employee-owned consulting firm is seeking an experienced Environmental Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse environmental projects and contribute to larger infrastructure initiatives across New England. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project delivery, business development, client engagement, and technical execution.

Responsibilities
Lead environmental planning and development across multi-disciplinary projects
Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams
Prepare proposals and support business development efforts
Conduct site inspections and manage field activities (e.g., soil borings, groundwater monitoring, sub-slab soil gas installation)
Perform media sampling, data analysis, and reduction
Submit regulatory documentation for CT, MA, RI, and NH
Mentor junior staff and provide technical training
Manage project documentation, field studies, and calculations
Engage with clients through marketing, networking, and proposal development
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment
Hybrid work schedule available (up to 2 remote days/week)
Office locations throughout New England; flexibility in preferred location

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related science
15+ years of experience in ASTM and MassDEP-related assessments and remediation
Proven project management and client-facing experience
Strong writing and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and lead teams
Capable of conducting field inspections for water, wastewater, roadway, and utility assets
Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work in varied weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience across multiple New England states
Licensed Site Professional (LSP) certification or eligibility within two years
