What You'll Do
- Lead large projects or multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
- Manage pre‑construction activities, planning, and full project scheduling processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, field project managers, owners, engineers, and architects to ensure project success.
- Review and approve project budgets-including labor, material, and subcontractor allocations-with a focus on resource planning and cost control.
- Oversee subcontractor management, contract negotiation, and procurement to ensure project timelines and financial goals are met.
- Provide leadership to field teams, offer guidance in resolving design conflicts, and support all trades in executing high‑quality mechanical work.
- Take ownership of project profitability, cash flow, and cost‑to‑complete tracking.
- Solve complex challenges related to scheduling, coordination, and budgetary constraints alongside a multidisciplinary project team.
