- 日本市場向けにプロダクトのローカライズ（会計ロジック、規制対応、UI/UX）を設計・開発
- 日本企業のERP・会計システムとの連携構築および技術支援
- データ・バックエンド・フロントエンドを横断した開発業務
- APACチームと連携し、日本市場の要件をプロダクトへ反映
必須要件（いずれか）
- Python（Flask/Django等）を用いたバックエンド開発経験、または同等の開発経験
- SQL / NoSQLデータベースの利用経験
- AWS / GCP / Azure等クラウド環境での開発・運用経験
- 日本語・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力

Key Responsibilities
- Build and localize product features for Japanese enterprises, including accounting logic, regulatory compliance, and UI/UX
- Act as technical partner to customers, supporting integrations with ERP/accounting systems
- Work across full-stack (data, backend, frontend) to deliver customer-driven solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams across APAC
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering capability (Python backend preferred - Flask/Django)
- Experience with databases (SQL + NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Ability to troubleshoot data pipelines and system integrations
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
Preferred Background
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS or data platforms
- Exposure to ESG, sustainability, or carbon accounting
- Experience working with Japanese clients or localization projects
