Solar/BESS Project Management Office
Position Overview: Under the supervision of the Executive Officer, you will be responsible for identifying cross-functional management issues through various analyses, designing and managing projects to solve these issues, and leading the execution of projects spearheaded by the President's Office. Additionally, you will be involved in medium-term strategy development, business planning, and managing decision-making meetings for management issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Project Plans: Strategically design detailed project plans that address and resolve management issues, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. These plans will include clear timelines, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and success.
- Form and Launch Cross-Functional Teams: Take initiative to form, coordinate, and launch effective cross-functional teams. Oversee these teams as a Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring collaboration and integration across various business units to achieve project objectives. This role demands exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Implement PDCA Cycle: Regularly apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle in meetings to continuously improve project outcomes and processes, thereby enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness. This iterative management method helps in optimizing the performance of projects through constant evaluation and feedback.
- Lead Projects from the President's Office: Directly lead and execute critical projects initiated by the President's Office, demonstrating leadership and strategic project management skills to drive these initiatives to successful completion. This involves regular interaction with senior management to align project goals with organizational strategy.
- Ensure Successful Handover of Project Outcomes: Manage the final stages of project lifecycle meticulously to ensure the successful handover of project outcomes to relevant stakeholders, guaranteeing that all project benefits are realized and sustained post-implementation. This includes preparing detailed documentation and conducting comprehensive training sessions for stakeholders.
