Role Overview
As a Structural Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of structural design and construction. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure technical excellence across deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
- Lead internal teams and coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Oversee the preparation of structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and provide construction-phase support.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
- Foster strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- 7+ years of experience in structural engineering, including project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and BIM tools (e.g., Revit).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
