The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale industrial warehouse development. This is a critical, on-site leadership role responsible for managing field operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Conduct daily site inspections and resolve field issues in real-time
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Communicate progress and updates to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of precast wall systems, structural steel, and concrete foundations
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams effectively
- Excellent understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
