Valuation Senior Associate / Manager - Houston
Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Valuation Services team at the Senior Associate or Manager level. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in valuation methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality financial insights. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to provide valuation services for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuations of businesses, intangible assets, and complex financial instruments.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with audit and tax teams to ensure alignment on valuation-related matters.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, valuation standards, and regulatory updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., ASA, CFA, CPA) preferred.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in valuation, financial advisory, or related consulting roles.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
