Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer

Location: Oklahoma City

Years of experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Salary: $100-$130k

Position Overview:

LVI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Treatment Engineer to join our client in their in Oklahoma City office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing water treatment processes. As a Water Treatment Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that water treatment systems meet regulatory standards, operate efficiently, and provide safe and clean water to the community. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to manage water treatment projects, perform technical evaluations, and contribute to sustainable water management practices.

Requirements:

  • P.E License in Oklahoma.
  • BSc in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 5 Years of experience in water and wastewater treatment.
  • Experience in designing, operating, and optimizing water treatment processes.
  • Strong Technical design.

Brief Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement water treatment processes for municipal projects, including drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
  • Monitor and optimize water treatment processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare technical reports, project documentation and presentation for client and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the management of water treatment projects from design through construction. Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Provide technical support in troubleshooting operational issues within water treatment facilities. Identify and resolve system inefficiencies or failures to maintain optimal performance.
