  • Perform QA/QC checks on installed work, control panels, wiring, and system functionality.
  • Ensure all project documentation-including O&M manuals, as‑builts, and training materials-is completed.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the main customer contact for all project communication.
  • Build strong relationships with building owners, GCs, mechanical contractors, and consultants.
  • Conduct owner training and handover meetings.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites throughout the Atlanta area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and DDC control strategies.
  • Tridium Niagara N4 certification or equivalent vendor training.
  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Experience with energy management systems, analytics, or smart building technologies.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE guidelines and local Atlanta building codes.
