Distribution Project Manager
A leading utility line contractor is seeking an experienced Distribution Project Manager to support overhead and underground distribution projects throughout New York. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with a strong reputation in the utility construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage distribution line construction projects from planning through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Review project forecasts, change orders, and cost reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Support utility customers and maintain strong communication throughout project execution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within electric distribution construction
- Experience managing overhead and underground distribution projects
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Utility contractor or utility industry experience required
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
