Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Environmental, Health & Safety Consultant to join their growing team in the Seattle area. This is a consulting-focused role supporting a diverse client base and helping organizations strengthen their safety culture, regulatory compliance efforts, and environmental programs.
What You'll Do:
- Partner directly with clients to provide EHS guidance and technical expertise.
- Lead compliance audits, site assessments, inspections, and risk evaluations.
- Develop and improve EHS programs, procedures, and training initiatives.
- Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Advise clients on OSHA, environmental compliance, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and safety best practices.
- Assist with management systems, sustainability initiatives, and operational risk management.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within consulting or industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting audits, assessments, training, and program development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while building strong client relationships.
- Certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar are a plus.
