With active projects spanning Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas, the firm is continuing its aggressive growth strategy and is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer (EIT or PE) to join its Tampa team.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside a Regional Director who is heavily invested in mentoring future leaders and building the Florida operation into a major regional presence.

Exciting Project Exposure
One of the firm's flagship programs is a major island development project in the Caribbean, consisting of multiple phases that will involve:
- Geotechnical investigations
- Geophysical exploration
- Construction Materials Testing (CMT)
- Foundation and infrastructure development
- Long-term engineering oversight and support
The company serves as a prime consultant on many of these projects, regularly competing against and outperforming some of the largest engineering firms in North America.
Responsibilities
- Perform and manage subsurface investigations.
- Analyze geotechnical data and prepare engineering recommendations.
- Classify soils and evaluate site conditions.
- Develop foundation recommendations and geotechnical reports.
- Support commercial, infrastructure, landfill, and solid waste projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Assist with project delivery, budgeting, and technical execution.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Florida office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
- EIT certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with:
- Subsurface investigations
- Soil classification
- Geotechnical reporting
- Foundation recommendations
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
