주요 업무
- VPP 및 DR 서비스 운영 관리
- 통합관제 및 에너지 서비스 운영 총괄
- 자사 플랫폼 기반 고객 자원 및 거래 서비스 운영
- 분산자원(DER) 운영 체계 관리
- 운영 프로세스 표준화 및 업무 체계 구축
- 팀 운영 및 리딩
- 서비스 운영 효율화 및 개선 프로젝트 수행
- 유관 부서와 협업하여 사업 운영 지원
자격요건
- 6년 이상 관련 경력 보유자
- VPP, DR, DER, 전력중개 등 에너지 서비스 운영 경험
- 전력시장 및 분산에너지 시장에 대한 이해
- 조직 운영 또는 팀 리딩 경험
- 운영 프로세스 구축 및 개선 경험
- 현장 운영 및 플랫폼 서비스 경험 우대
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 이해관계자 관리 역량

Energy Service Operations Manager
Location: Seoul, South Korea
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading energy technology platform company supporting the growth of its VPP, Demand Response, and Distributed Energy Resources businesses.
This position offers the opportunity to lead energy service operations, manage a growing team, and play a key role in building scalable operational processes within a rapidly evolving energy market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage VPP and Demand Response operations
- Oversee integrated energy service control center activities
- Operate platform-based customer asset and energy trading services
- Develop and standardize operational processes and workflows
- Lead and manage operational teams
- Drive service optimization and operational excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business teams
- Support the growth of distributed energy service platforms
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in VPP, DR, DER, energy trading, or power market operations
- Strong understanding of Korea's energy and power market
- Previous people management or team leadership experience
- Experience establishing operational processes and best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
