- Leading the design and coordination of electrical systems across all phases of project delivery, from concept through construction.
- Developing power distribution, lighting, life safety, and specialty system designs for complex building projects.
- Reviewing submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings while ensuring designs remain constructible, code-compliant, and aligned with project goals.
- Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and other project stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Mentoring junior engineers and designers through technical guidance, quality reviews, and professional development support.
- Participating in client meetings, field investigations, due diligence efforts, and construction administration activities.

- 8+ years of experience designing electrical systems within the consulting engineering or built environment industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; PE license preferred but not required.
