We're partnering with a well-established, family-owned electrical contractor that has been successfully delivering projects across the Southeast for over 20 years. Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring on a seasoned Electrical Superintendent to lead major builds in Nashville, TN.
Location: Nashville, TN
Project Type: Ground-up multifamily & commercial high-rise
Project Size: $6M+ electrical packages
The Role
As Electrical Superintendent, you'll take the lead in driving field operations on large-scale, complex builds-ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day electrical construction activities on-site
- Manage field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, GCs, and other trades
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Drive productivity, quality, and project milestones
What We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent on ground-up multifamily or high-rise projects
✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teams
✔ Experience with $5M+ electrical scopes
✔ Solid understanding of scheduling, coordination, and site logistics
✔ Commitment to safety and quality excellence
