Their expertise includes:

Due to continued growth and a rapidly expanding backlog throughout the Carolinas, they are looking to add a Project Manager to support projects across North and South Carolina.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Unlike many construction management roles, this position offers genuine flexibility. Any administrative, reporting, scheduling, estimating review, client communication, and project management tasks can be completed entirely from your home office.
The expectation is that you will spend time where it matters most: on project sites supporting successful delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
Projects are located exclusively within North and South Carolina, meaning overnight travel is extremely rare. Most travel consists of day trips to project locations, allowing you to enjoy a healthy work-life balance while remaining actively involved in exciting construction projects.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, safety performance, and overall project profitability.
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.

- Support project planning, procurement, risk management, and change order processes.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide leadership to field personnel.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Review project progress and address any operational challenges as they arise.
Requirements
- Previous experience in geotechnical construction is strongly preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Background in deep foundations, ground improvement, shoring, earth retention, support of excavation, piling, drilled shafts, micropiles, grouting, or related specialty foundation work.
- Strong project execution and field coordination experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable spending approximately 2-3 days per week on project sites.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Less emphasis on design experience and greater emphasis on successful project delivery and construction operations.

We are particularly interested in candidates currently working for:
- Deep foundation contractors
- Ground improvement contractors
