PROJECT MANAGER
Location : Raleigh (80% remote / work from home)
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager will oversee the daily management of development projects, including new construction and tenant fit-outs. This role also involves strategic planning, design coordination, and cost estimation for projects in collaboration with developers and property owners.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support company culture, leadership initiatives, and employee growth.
- Manage project administration, coordination, and close-out activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success across schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
- Maintain professional relationships with regulatory authorities, vendors, and colleagues.
- Participate in presentations to stakeholders including public officials, clients, and community members.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in development, design, or construction management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages.
- Skilled in negotiation and process improvement.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely if not based in designated cities.
- Ability to travel (~15%) to project sites across the region.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED AP) are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
