Project Manager - Land Development
Responsibilities
- Identify design criteria and plan, execute, and deliver effective civil designs
- Serve as a direct client contact and lead plan processing with public agencies
- Participate in marketing, business development, and pursuit of new work
- Manage administrative and financial responsibilities including invoicing, proposals, change orders, timecard approvals, and required meetings
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited four-year institution
- 10+ years of civil engineering design experience
- At least 3 years serving as a central design lead, mentor, and overseer of project workflows
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage land development projects from entitlements through construction support
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
