This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from initial planning and design through construction and occupancy while working directly with developers, owners, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall project performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Support project presentations for owners, community stakeholders, and prospective clients.
- Participate in strategic planning and project pursuit activities.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, leadership, accountability, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience managing commercial development, design, or construction projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different phases of development.
- Experience working with developers, engineering firms, architects, contractors, or owner's representatives.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel periodically to project sites (approximately 15%).
