Location: Orlando, FL or Tampa, FL
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000+ DOE
About the Role
An established engineering consultancy is seeking a Regional Leader to help drive the growth of its Structural Restoration and Building Envelope practice across Central Florida.
This leadership position combines project oversight, business development, client management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding regional operations while leading complex restoration, investigation, and repair projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Structural Restoration practice throughout Central Florida
- Manage project teams and provide technical oversight
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Oversee project delivery, resource planning, and profitability
- Review engineering reports, repair documents, and technical deliverable
- Mentor project managers and engineers
- Participate in strategic planning and regional growth initiatives
- Support proposal development and project pursuits
Requirements
- Active Florida PE license (required)
- 10+ years of experience in structural restoration and/or structural design
- Strong understanding of concrete restoration, building rehabilitation, structural assessment, and repair design
- Experience managing engineering teams and projects
- Business development and client management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
