Sales Engineer

Drive sales of HVAC control systems and critical environment solutions by building relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored technical solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from concept to closure, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with building owners, engineers, contractors, and end-users.
  • Assess customer needs and propose customized HVAC control solutions.
  • Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and technical presentations.
  • Lead projects from initial concept through execution, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships and close new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with service teams, manufacturers, and subcontractors for seamless delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in HVAC controls sales or projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and energy management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with site visits, ladders, and variable conditions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Physical & Travel

  • Office and field work; travel to job sites required.
  • Exposure to mechanical rooms, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
  • Professional appearance require
