Location: Mississippi (Hybrid)
Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 DOE
Summary:
A nationally recognized project and construction management organization is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale, highly technical facility construction projects in Mississippi. This role will oversee complex capital projects within a highly regulated environment and serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced owner's representative or owner-side project manager looking to lead impactful projects valued between $50M-$200M+ while maintaining a hybrid work schedule.
The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:
* Managing large-scale facility construction and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion
* Acting as the owner's representative and primary project advocate throughout the project lifecycle
* Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders
* Monitoring project budgets, schedules, and overall performance
* Identifying and mitigating project risks within a highly regulated environment
* Facilitating meetings, reporting progress, and driving project execution
* Ensuring quality standards and client objectives are achieved throughout construction
The Senior Construction Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
* 8+ years of construction project management experience
* Experience managing large-scale capital construction projects
* Background working on advanced manufacturing, industrial, mission-critical, defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated facilities preferred
* Experience representing owners, end users, or corporate real estate groups strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to travel occasionally and attend project sites as needed
