What You'll Be Doing
- Lead land development projects from concept through construction, including grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and deliverables.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and helping guide project success.
- Mentor and develop engineers and designers, helping shape the next generation of technical leaders.
- Collaborate directly with leadership on project strategy, client development, and firm growth initiatives.
- Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence.
- Utilize Civil 3D, GIS, and related tools to drive efficient and effective project delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 6+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development.
- Experience leading project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical knowledge of land development design and permitting.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and develop business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
