Utility Project Manager
An established and growing electrical utility contractor is looking for an experienced Utility Project Manager to lead transmission, distribution, and substation projects throughout the Greater Boston area. This is an opportunity to join a respected team delivering critical infrastructure projects while taking ownership of project execution, client relationships, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage utility construction projects from award through closeout
- Lead project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and project teams
- Maintain strong relationships with utility clients and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Support change orders, cost control, and contract administration
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in utility construction
- Experience with Transmission, Distribution (T&D), Substation, or Power Delivery projects
- Strong understanding of project financial's and contract management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
