VP Project Management

Senior executive responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of all company projects. The role oversees project managers, establishes operational standards, and ensures projects meet financial, schedule, safety, and quality targets. Quality control via foreman and quality assurance.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Project Delivery Oversight- AI Implementation
  1. Direct management of the entire project portfolio.
  2. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to scope.
  3. Monitor performance metrics: cost variance, schedule variance, productivity, and risk exposure.
  4. Resolve high-level project issues and escalations.

  1. Align project execution with company growth strategy.
  2. Support estimating and preconstruction during bid and procurement phases.
  3. Participate in client negotiations and contract structuring.

  1. Establish standardized project management procedures, reporting systems, and documentation protocols.

  1. Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.

  1. Maintain relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, architects, and consultants.
  2. Serve as executive contact for major clients and high-value projects.
  3. Protect company reputation and repeat business.
