A dynamic and collaborative Architecture firm based in Seattle, is looking to bring on an Architectural Project Manager to support their healthcare studio. We're seeking a seasoned Architectural Project Manager with both technical and PM experience to lead complex healthcare projects from concept through completion.
Position Overview
As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of healthcare projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate all phases of design and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare projects through all phases: planning, design, documentation, and construction administration
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and client standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect in the State of Washington (required)
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture
- At least 5 years of experience managing healthcare projects
- Strong technical background in architecture, including construction documentation and detailing
- Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software
