Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and incident reporting.
  • Champion safety practices among employees and clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans focused on sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and lead initiatives to meet country-specific targets.
  • Report on market trends and business opportunities.
  • Define and lead service strategies to meet growth and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with field teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow key customer relationships through regular business reviews.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative and engaging team environment.
  • Implement succession planning and professional development strategies.
  • Drive new business through targeted prospecting and industry networking.
  • Oversee proposal development, trials, and contract negotiations.

Key Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of industry experience, including both field and corporate roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing complex sales teams.
  • Track record of success in high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in English and the local language.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
