Are you ready to help shape the future of New York City's most mission-critical spaces? Join a legacy engineering firm with over a century of design excellence-and a bold vision for tomorrow. We're looking for a passionate, technically sharp Electrical Associate to join our high-performing team in Manhattan.

From next-generation hospitals and ambulatory care centers to cutting-edge data centers that power the digital world, our projects are complex, high-stakes, and deeply impactful. At the heart of our success is a collaborative culture that values every voice, fosters innovation, and champions professional growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of large-scale healthcare and data center projects-setting system criteria, planning infrastructure, and guiding multidisciplinary teams from concept through completion.

  • Manage coordination efforts with architects, engineers, and contractors while ensuring milestones are met and designs meet the highest quality standards.

  • Oversee project schedules, staffing, budgets, and change orders with precision and foresight.

  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, contractor proposals, and conduct field visits to ensure design integrity and proper implementation.

  • Develop and manage proposals and scope modifications.

  • Mentor and coach junior engineers-shaping the future of our team while continuing to grow your own leadership toolkit.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 10-14 years of experience in electrical design, with a strong focus on healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.

  • Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software and calculations.

  • Deep understanding of applicable codes, documentation standards (SD, DD, CD), and coordination across MEP disciplines.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Why Join Us?

We invest in people who are ready to lead. Along with meaningful work and a dynamic environment, we offer:

  • A flexible hybrid work model.

  • Competitive compensation and a full benefits package including 401k match, paid parental leave, and generous PTO.

  • In-house technical and leadership training through our dedicated learning platform.

  • Multiple Employee Resource Groups and community engagement programs.

  • A supportive culture where your ideas drive real change.
