What You'll Do
Lead the design and delivery of large-scale healthcare and data center projects-setting system criteria, planning infrastructure, and guiding multidisciplinary teams from concept through completion.
Manage coordination efforts with architects, engineers, and contractors while ensuring milestones are met and designs meet the highest quality standards.
Oversee project schedules, staffing, budgets, and change orders with precision and foresight.
Review shop drawings, RFIs, contractor proposals, and conduct field visits to ensure design integrity and proper implementation.
Develop and manage proposals and scope modifications.
Mentor and coach junior engineers-shaping the future of our team while continuing to grow your own leadership toolkit.
What You Bring
A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
10-14 years of experience in electrical design, with a strong focus on healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software and calculations.
Deep understanding of applicable codes, documentation standards (SD, DD, CD), and coordination across MEP disciplines.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
