LVI Associates are partnering with one of our key clients, a top-tier engineering and consulting firm based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana-to recruit a Business Growth Leader for their Water business.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth and operational excellence across the Gulf region and wider US. If you're an experienced water professional with a strong reputation for client engagement and team leadership, this is your chance to join a nationally recognized firm and make a lasting impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead regional growth strategy and deliver on a strong project pipeline.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to expand business opportunities across the Gulf Region
- Oversee people management: hiring, development, and performance.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure operational success and quality standards.
- Provide leadership in water infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, stormwater).
- Travel up to 30% for client meetings, site visits, and leadership engagements.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years in water/wastewater/stormwater project management or operations.
- 15+ Years experience with Business Development in the civil sector
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Enviornmental Engineering
- P.E. license required.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
