Civil Engineer - Land Development
A regional civil engineering and land surveying firm is looking for a PE licensed civil engineer to join their St. George, Utah office. This firm's Clients include Residential Land Development, Commercial and Industial Sites, Institutional Facilities together with Recreational and Resort planning and design. Across thousands of completed projects in the mountain west, this employee-owned company takes on total ownership of the project from start to finish for their clients.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of engineering analysis, designs, and calculations for various public and private projects.
- Preparation of construction plans, submittal reviews, RFIs, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Review development plans for compliance with established engineering standards and practices.
- Efficiently manage resources and address any delays or obstacles during the project life cycle.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required
- Professional Engineer's License in the State of Utah is required
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design, specifically in land development
- Strong understanding of the local land development process, including permitting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
