Compensation & Benefits:

Key Qualifications:
- 12+ years of civil engineering experience, with a strong focus on land development and site design
- Professional Engineer License in California

- Business development mindset (no immediate pressure to sell; focus on delivery first)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
