A well-established engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in civil and environmental engineering to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on communities and the environment through thoughtful planning, design, and construction support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and review of technical reports and project submittals.
- Manage comprehensive design efforts and conduct field observations.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and technical subconsultants to ensure project alignment.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Support bidding and construction management activities, including scope development, scheduling, and contract documentation.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support project delivery and team success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 7-15+ years of experience in water and wastewater project design and management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
