What You'll Do
- Coordinate and oversee project tasks while mentoring junior engineers.
- Lead civil design efforts for site development and public works components of commercial and industrial projects.
- Prepare site design, grading, utility, erosion control, and stormwater management plans.
- Work on projects from initial concept through construction support and closeout.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers on day‑to‑day project activities.
- Communicate directly with clients, public agencies, and key project stakeholders.
- Be part of a team environment that values collaboration, professional growth, and community involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Desire to work in a dynamic, positive, and team‑focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with land development for commercial or industrial projects.
- Public works engineering experience.
- Familiarity with local jurisdictions and permitting requirements.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D.
- Experience with design tools such as HydroCAD, HEC‑RAS, Flowmaster, Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, and Bluebeam.
