A well-established construction company in the Baltimore area is seeking a project manager with experience in asphalt, paving, grading, or concrete. This role involves managing all phases of civil construction projects from planning to completion, with a focus on quality, safety, and budget control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of paving and civil projects
- Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, and field crews
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Maintain project documentation and client communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in paving or heavy civil construction
- Strong knowledge of asphalt and concrete processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Proficiency in project management software
- Valid driver's license and local site travel as needed
