Position Overview
As a CMT Project Manager, you'll step into a pivotal leadership role overseeing departments across three Texas offices - Austin, Eagle Pass, and San Antonio. This is a rare chance to shape the future of a growing team, work closely with executive leadership, and make your mark in both public and private sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage CMT projects across three office locations
- Supervise and mentor a team of 20+ professionals, fostering performance and career growth
- Oversee project delivery, proposal development, and client relationship management
- Collaborate with the VP and senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives in Texas.
Qualifications
- PE license required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering/CMT
- Strong industry connections and a desire to step into senior leadership
- Comfortable with business development, proposals, and project management
