What You'll Do
- Lead weekly estimating meetings and bid calendar planning.
- Assign and oversee estimating responsibilities across the team.
- Review plans, specs, and scopes to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Identify and assess project risks and pricing strategies.
- Manage subcontractor outreach and bid documentation.
- Coordinate technical proposals and insurance requirements.
- Support project handoffs and periodic site reviews.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing estimating experience.
- Proficiency in estimating software (Quick Pen preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to innovate.
