Join a leading commercial roofing contractor operating across the Southeastern United States. Known for commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism, they specialize in large-scale commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing projects. As part of continued growth, we're seeking a skilled Travelling Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join the team.
The Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing commercial roofing projects across multiple states. You'll lead on-site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site roofing activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project schedules, materials, and labor
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve issues proactively
- Travel extensively across the Southeast to various job sites
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (low-slope systems preferred)
- Proven leadership in a superintendent or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, safety standards, and construction practices
- Willingness travel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
